Run Spartanburg LLC

PRIVACY

Plain English, no legalese. This page says what we collect when you fill out a form on this site, where it goes, and how to get it back out. If something here is unclear, ask — info@runspartanburg.com. Last updated September 3, 2026.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what you type into a form. We do not buy lists, we do not track you across other sites, and there is nothing on this site that follows you after you leave it.

THE TRAINING SIGNUP

The most sensitive form on the site. It collects your name, age, email, phone, Strava name, the plan you picked, your running history and pace, the days you can train, your goals, recent race times, any injuries you tell us about, and your typed signature on the waiver.

Injury history is there for one reason: a coach who does not know about your knee will write you a plan that hurts it. Tell us as much or as little as you want — a blank field costs you nothing but the plan will be more generic.

THE CONSULTATION REQUEST

Name, email, phone, and what you want to talk about.

THE CONTACT FORM

Name, email, subject, and your message.

FEATURE YOUR GROUP

Your group’s details, a contact name and email for whoever leads it, and a photo if you attach one. This form is the one place where you are explicitly asking us to publish something — the permission checkboxes on it govern what appears in the directory.

WHERE IT GOES

Submissions land in a private Google spreadsheet owned by Run Spartanburg and email a notification to us. Signed waivers also generate a PDF filed in our Google Drive, and a copy is emailed to you for your own records.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Noah, and anyone he explicitly shares the spreadsheet with. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

PAYMENTS

Handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers are typed on Stripe’s own checkout page and never touch this site or our records — we only ever see that a payment succeeded, and the email address on it.

ANALYTICS

We count page views through Google Analytics so we know which pages are worth keeping. It sets a cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one, and reports which pages were viewed, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. We do not use it for advertising, we have ad personalization and Google Signals switched off, and we never upload your name, email, or health answers to it. Browsers with tracking protection or a “Do Not Track” setting will block it, and nothing on this site breaks if they do.

STRAVA, INSTAGRAM, THE STORE

Links out to services we do not run. Once you are on them, their privacy terms apply, not ours. Our Strava club is public — what you share there is visible to other members, and that is Strava’s setting to change, not ours.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Signed waivers we keep indefinitely — that is the entire point of a signed waiver, and deleting one would leave both of us without a record of what was agreed.

Everything else — consultation requests, contact messages, training details for athletes who never started or have since stopped — we clear out when it stops being useful. You can ask us to do it sooner.

GETTING IT BACK OR GETTING IT DELETED

Email info@runspartanburg.com and ask. No form to fill out, no account to log into.

A copy of what we hold on you.
We will send it.
A correction.
Wrong email, changed phone, an injury that healed — tell us and we will fix the record.
Deletion.
We will remove it, with one exception: a signed waiver stays on file for as long as it could matter. If you are a current athlete, deleting your training details also ends the coaching, since the plan is built from them.
Your group’s listing changed or pulled.
Same address, any time, no reason needed.

RUNNERS UNDER 18

Athletes of any age can train with us, and the signup form is built for it — a parent or guardian signs the waiver on the athlete’s behalf. Please have the adult fill the form out rather than the young runner. A parent or guardian can request everything in the section above on their child’s behalf.

IF THIS CHANGES

We will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting something materially different, we will say so directly rather than quietly editing this page.
